It has been developed with the needs of users in mind, making advanced semiconductor design more accessible and efficient. Aquarius is tailored specifically for Wide Bandgap (WBG) semiconductors, while still supporting Silicon-based devices. This advanced tool incorporates dedicated models and numerical techniques to address the unique properties of WBG materials, ensuring accurate simulation of critical factors such as breakdown characteristics and reliability modelling.
